I take citalopram (antidepressant) and am careful with what I eat (i don't cheat at all on Heather's diet) I don't let my tummy get too empty and I only eat solubles on an empty stomach, I eat fish or chicken and vegetables every day, get lots of exercise and drink lots of water. I keep peppermint capsules to hand for cramps. I was on an antispasmodic but it didn't give me any relief at all.

I have pain predominant IBS-A. I am thinking of ordering SFS as I do suffer from stinky gas sometimes but so far so good for me.
Rice wise, either jasmine or basmati should be fine.
