I am taking Acacia with breakfast and dinner. I have been stable for about a month now. Plus, what has really been helping me is a large glass of V8 every night (I stated off with a small glass) and during the day I'll have a few almonds or half a pealed apple (I'm not always hungry during the day) For lunch I'll have soy yogurt and rice chex. A Luna Bar or something with safe insoluble fiber(maybe 1 or 2 grams insoluble)for a snack or a rice cake. Dinner, I'll have chicken and rice or any safe food with rice.
I still have problems with C and D the week before my period but other than that I am stable and fine. Good luck to you with becoming stable.
