Beans are out of the question for me - a lot of pain, wind (gas) and diarrhoea ... really bad news. I often used to eat beans and lentils when I was younger with no problem, it's one of the things that has changed that makes me think I am IBS. But everyone's different - lots of people here eat beans okay and some take something called Beano first to help with digestion.
