No suggestions, just sympathy. The food diary is a great idea and it really can help pinpoint your worse triggers. I agree it was likely the whey. Did you know that soy milk is a great source of protein? Make up a smoothie with soy milk, honey and banana, and a fruit of your choice. Power packed ultra healthy shake.
It can take a day for something to come back to haunt you. It can also take five minutes. It depends on the person.
