I drink low sodium V8 almost everyday., just had one an hour ago

I get the little cans so I can take them to work as a snack.
If I have had it in the fridge, I do nuke it in the microwave though, I am sure if it is ice cold it may hurt the tummy.
If you are ok with the regular, you should be fine with low-sodioum, (I pick low sodium everything if available). If anything it will make you feel better, since sodium has the tendency to bloat, it probably doesn't do too good for IBS.
