I take probotics and Acacia. The entire time (three months) that I have been on Acacia (prebotic) I have been referring to it as a "Probotic". What is the difference? Can I continue to take as much Probotics that I was taking before I started taking (I went to one instead of two thinking it would be too much of the same thing, but now it seems they are not the same thing)? Or are they?
