I found Heather's Acacia is the gentlest SFS and the nicest to take. I can't emphasize how important SFSs are. Try taking one Immodium tablet every morning at breakfast before you leave the house. Doing that really helped me stabilise whilst commuting to London everyday! Jump straight onto the diet. Cold turker is alot easier i the long run. ANd do the breaking the cycle diet for 3-5 days. It'd probably help to accept you're staying at home for the next few days so that you don't have to worry about carting loads of pure SF foods into Uni. Good luck! You can beat this - I did!
