I called my doc and she is gone for the week but the sub said to go off Zoloft. I am sad about it to some extent since I had hoped it would help my stress-induced IBS symptoms- on the other hand that stuff was making me into a zombie/vampire, tired all day and spazzy at night. I am looking forward to waking up with an appetite again and not being sleepy all day.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
