I'm apologize if you've already mentioned this in a previous post (wasn't able to keep up with posts the last couple weeks), but have you gotten off the zoloft? If not, perhaps talk to your doctor about it.
Otherwise, curl up with a nice good book and a warm blanket - and relax! The stress of everything that's been happening is certainly not helping your IBS right now so taking it easy for a day should help.
