At least with my zoloft problems my tummy has been doing better (I started digestive enzymes too and they seem to work) BUT today I got D out of the blue and much more urgently than ever before. I feel like crap and I really should be working on a nice sunny and rare day like this. I can't believe this- my diet is just right and I had nothing to cause this. AND I still feel like my body has had novacaine shots all over from the Zoloft. It is hard to not feel good for nothing. It is either IBS problems, hip injury or side effects of Zoloft all the time! I have so much stuff I need to do.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
