Hello, I am a college student and am planning on studing in Cuernavaca, Mexico in the summer. I really want to go, but I'm pretty worried about the food. I will be staying with a host family and eating what they give me although I hope to find a family that can somewhat meet my needs. Do you have any more suggestions for traveling besides the normal stuff that I already do from your book and website? I know a lot of people without IBS get sick down there so I'm a little nervous about what it'll be like for me. They say to take acidophilus, but is there anything else that could help? Maja
