Yeah... in chewable anything, it's something to watch out for. I buy the generic equivalent of imodium (wal-mart brand), pill form, and there's no sorbitol in it. Something to keep in mind, though, is that some people are more sensitive to it than others, just like all the rest of the triggers... if it doesn't seem like it bothers you, it probably doesn't, in that small of an amount.
