It has the sleep ingredient (same as benadryl) but not the tylenol. It's not good to take tylenol every day, especially if you don't have pain. I have been using Simply Sleep for several years and I only have to take 1 tablet instead of 2. I haven't had any problems and my doc said it was OK long term.
