Thanks for all the great advice. I actually live in the Caribbean, where not a lot of folks have IBS. Had to travel to another island to actually visit the GI. However, I am ordering IBS: The first years... is this the one I should be getting for the diet? It will take a couple of weeks to get here, but have already tried to eliminate the foods as suggested on this site, and add more soluble fibre. Have not heard of Miralax before, but will try to get it. The MOMagnesia is hardly working for me.

I found a soluble fibre supplement called Isogel... not psyllium. Does anyone know if this is a good SFS?
