This is what I did and it worked for me. I remembered how bad I felt when I did not take my meds and SFS and all the other things we take. I would wake up in the morning feeling really good, almost normal! I would go throughout the day thinking how good I felt, no D or C, no bloating, very comfortable tummy. Then I would remember how I felt when I did not follow the diet or take anything. That brought me back to reality very quickly. I have IBS, there is no cure. If I don't eat right and take my meds my day is going to be a disaster. I remember everyday now to take my meds and eat the right foods. Even though I still have good and bad days like everyone else, but I eat and take my meds anyway! I hope it works for you.
