My solution is to take meds when I do other things.. and to keep spares in case I need them at work as well... my problem is on the days I dont' come to work when I get out of my routine.. I often skip meals, or snack all day without really eating at set times and things like that...

anyway- good luck... mom does pill things for every day that she fills up 2 weeks ahead of time.. she has a big rack of them in the bathroom.. each day gets a 4 compartment thing but she takes a ton of supplements and pills every day too... I just take my SFS and peppermint caps and otehr things as needed.
