I'm having the same problem - not the D and pain, but remembering to take my AD. And that's the only medication I'm taking - I STILL can't remember to take it! So I'm probably not the person to ask, but how about one of those pillboxes that has compartments for the different days of the week? Or maybe a chart of some kind, put someplace where you're sure to remember to check it? Before I moved here, I had a little notebook that I was keeping track of things in, and writing down my pill every day was the only thing that reminded me to take it.
