Well between the stess of my grandfater's illness and then forgetting to take any of meds yesterday I am IBS attack mode this morning. OH well!! I will get back to good soon!! I had been feeling REALY good lately to. Kind of frustraring I need my tummy to be good by this weekend I have plans Friday and Sunday. Plus my P is due real soon.
I have been feeling so good I keep forgetting to take my probiotics and gas x. I even forgot my AD yesterday . I just went to bed and crashed. I do this with antibiotics to when I start feeling better I start forgetting to take them!!! I realy need to work on this. Any suggestions on how I can rember to keep taking my meds so I don't do this next time I am feeling realy good!!! OY my tummy sounds like there is a monster in it and have had to run for the BR twice with double over pain and D this morning! I don't want to do this to myself again. Any Suggestions???
