Antispasmotics?....Quite frankly, I was at the point where I couldnt go to the bathroom without a laxative, then I found "Miralax"-its prescription like Zelnorm, but I take it daily and it works..I still only go 2-3 times a week, but its not hard stool that we have to push out of our bodies & look like hell trying' to do it! That "high-fiber" advice from the Dr.'s never worked either-nor did the "drink a lot of water" advice...guess those docs never had chronic constipation or they'd be offering some better advice like....."There is nothing we can do about constipation except laxatives"...hello!!!Yep, ask doc for Miralax and take daily-it's a lifesaver!-LZ -------------------- Puddytat55-I tawt I taw a puddytat!
