The more I took of them, the worse my bloating and pain was---and my system was paralyzed. It wasn't until I quit taking them, that I found relief and started having BM's on my own. If they're not working for you, try stopping them for awhile and see if you get better. Just be extra careful what you eat. I always have about a half piece of bread before I eat, and I try to eat small amounts at one time. Anytime I deviate from this routine, I'm in trouble~ Good luck to you!
