wonder has both dairy and HFCS.. Meijers sandwich bread has no dairy and has a very low amount of HFCS.. it seems safe for me.. but their white bread has dairy.. DH says he can't tast the difference the loaves are just shapped slightly differently.. so we use that for when I don't have time to make bread or for a ton of sandwiches..
