Does anyone eat a sweet potato on a daily basis? I just nuke it and eat it plain. I'm pretty sure the following won't happen, but I was just wondering if I might eventually turn orange. When I was a medical assistant, we had a beautiful Japanese baby come in whose skin had turned a very odd orange color. This was a new one on all of us. The doctor had eight children of his own and even he was totally puzzled. Then we saw the mother give the baby her bottle. It was full of carrot juice which she drank a great deal of everyday. The source of her orange skin was found and she was taken off of it immediately. I'm pretty sure it would take a truckload of sweet potatoes to turn me orange, but I wanted to check it out first.
