Gosh I wish I had some advice! It sounds like you're doing all the right things! do you know what prompted the attack? Are you exercisingf...getting enough water...enough sleep? I've been CRAWLING on the floor in pain from my tummy before...so I will understand where you're coming from in the pain department. i'm also IBS C.
