Are there any multivitamins that are safe?       10/01/04 01:42 PM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 I hadn't taken a multivitamin in months, but decided to try one again today. I took it after lunch, on a full tummy, and I got to the grocery store and had stomach cramps and D. (I'm IBS-C.) Are there any that are IBS-safe? What is in them that causes problems?
