That has really helped with some of the fibro breakthrough pain and with the migraines. And it's the ONLY thing that works for my monthly cramps. I probably take four or five a month now but never more than one a day and ALWAYS with Imodium. Just FYI for future reference. -------------------- Laura Keep it simple!
