Well that is he can't handle eating bad anymore. He is in a class this week and yesterday had pizza. He came home all surly because he couldn't exercise and he had greasy food. He then decided he was C and had oatmeal. Today he ate safe food but ended up gassy and bloated and had a lot of pain. He said he can't stand sitting all day long. I tried to be sympathetic about his pains which are exactly what I get but man if I acted that way every time I got it no one could live near me! But it is funny he can't stand to eat greasy anymore or not get exercise.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
