I don't remember what they were called but the nurse said to wear a pantyliner or pad and then line it with these wipes to help with the pain. It felt a little cold and wet at first walking around with your underwear lined with these wipes, but it did help. I remember that they helped with the pain of sitting down and the soreness in general. They may have been witch hazel pads. And they also gave me some kind of spray to take the pain away for awhile. This may help with your hemmroids (sp?) as well. Sorry I can't remember the names of these products my youngest child is almost 5 years old it has been awhile.
