Also, I'm pretty sure that it contains sweeteners. HOWEVER, it can still help. But Heather's Acacia is a lot better and a LOT nicer, so I order that instead. Be warned, Fybogel is pretty disgusting! Btw, you can probiotics in capsule form so that you don't have to take the dairy as well! Soluble fibre supplements are diet supplements, not medications, so you can take them with anything.
