I have been thinking of going to the doc for a few weeks now. I guess I will have to break down and go.

There are not a whole lot of products available here compared to what everyone can get in the states. I know these feelings will pass and I will feel better. I was doing really well on the diet for a while. I think I really feel upset that I can't just be normal and do things without planning and thinking abou it. I am sure most everyone here feels the same way at one time or another.

Thanks for the tip about the baby food. I never thought of that.
