...what DO you like? We'll help find you sopmething to get you interested in food again! Chocolate, fish, italian food????

Do you like Butternut Squash? Heather's Butternut Squash Linguine is my ultimate feeling-crappy-with-IBS comfort food. It's so yummy and it makes my tummy feel BETTER, not worse!

Sounds like you need to find more safe stuff that you can just buy. It's a nightmare trying to keep on with the cooking when you're really busy, I know. Not neccesarily the easiest thing on the Continent, I guess. What food do they have around you (I've never been to Spain, so I'm not sure what the food's like)? Another favourite of mine, especially when I'm on the run, is baby food. Something like Apple Pudding with Cinnamon. Or if you want savoury, then the veggies will be cooked and pureed for you! It does look a bit silly , but who cares if it's yummy!?! Those babies don't know how lucky the are!

You might also be having a hard time if your serotonin levels are off. That makes you feel crappy no matter what's going on. Maybe a chat with your doctor about a low-level medication?

Good luck! And keep on coming back!
