I really get frustrated having to read all the labels before I buy anything. Then when I buy something that I think will be OK, I am afraid to try it. Although, I did buy the Tofutti Cuties and after a few days in the freezer I decided to get brave and try one. Just 1/4 at first and then worked myself up to a whole one. They agreed with me just fine. I was so excited. Now, I have had ginger capsules in my cabinet for several weeks and are still afraid to try those. Sometimes I feel like such a chicken! You are doing a great job working and going to school. I don't know how you manage. I am just working pt-time now and that is wearing me out. When I get to feeling down and frustrated I try to remind myself that things could be a lot worse. Hope you get to feeling better soon. And, remember we are always here to listen to you.
