Well, it does make me feel better to know I'm not the only one who gets out of routine. I never give it much thought if I'm off for a day or two - I just go right back to taking it, and I'm fine. But it had been much longer, a week or maybe even closer to 10 days, so I was curious.
Half a dose didn't faze me at all, though, so I might just hop back up to my full dose in a couple days. Thanks!
