Ok... so let's say hypothetically that you're really sick (or maybe just really bad ) and you stop taking your soluble fiber supplement for a week or so, after working up to a reasonably high dose. When you want to get back on track with it, can you jump right back in at the dose you had worked up to? Or does it need to be re-introduced to your system and worked back up, since it had been a while?
