I am going through the exact same thing right now. I sometimes get to where I have NO appetite and an empty stomach is NOT good for IBS. I had to call in once this week and have been eating the WRONG way lately. Today once I finally ate, I felt so tired. It effects so many things with your body in a negative way!! From my experience anyway..
