how to find your trigger foods       09/10/04 11:37 AM Edit Reply Quote Meryl36 Reged: 09/03/04 Posts: 163 Loc: Dallas, Texas Hi I've just been diagnosed with IBS & have a follow up appointment with my GI doc on the 21st. My problems are as follows: 1} I hate hate hate to cook 2} I always feel hungry 3} Everything seems to bother my tummy to some degree. My question is how do you I find out my trigger foods if everything seems to upset me. I'm IBS C so for a few days I tried sticking to the white bread pasta & rice. The gas seems to have subsided but now I'm backed up. If I try adding some veggies or fruit I'm afraid of what might happen. I'm really bad at sticking to any diet & sinc I hate to cook I really don't know what to eat! This is sooooo depressing! Is there ever going to be a time when I just don't notice my stomach?????????
