Hmm... for candies, I tend to stick with ginger chews or Altoids. The ginger chews are especially satisfying because they're big, chewy, and take forever to eat - and they're good for you, too!

I'm not much of a sweets eater, but I'd totally recommend some of the IBS-safe cake and quick bread recipes floating around. Back before heavier foods started bothering me, the chocolate-applesauce bread from Eating for IBS was my favorite. Homemade rice-krispie treats are always good too. A little bit of baking on Sunday, and you can have treats all week for work!
