I think everybody is different. I can eat tootsie rolls but lots of people on the boards can't. You might see what ingredients are in the Werthers just to be sure. I think they might have some form of dairy....not sure, though. But, I don't see anything wrong with eating 1 or 2 if they don't bother you. If you start feeling bad, though, you might want to stop them.
I keep a food diary so I know what I have eaten and what might be triggers for me.
