My co-workers and boss know 'something' is wrong with me. I've made sure they see i have prescription bottles, and when I'm ill and have to dash out of the room, i let them know that I have tummy problems. It's hard to gauge what's in the area of Too Much Information, and I think it depends, based on the type of work you do and who works with you. I *have* worked with some boorish dopes in the past, and I made the mistake of telling them and got openly pitied and ridiculed for it.
