When I say "i told him" I mean "he got it out of me" but when I was out so much and not eating people thought I was pregnant as one of my colleagues was complaining of similar symptoms and that was her diagnosis! I am really glad I told him, it lessens the stress of trying to explain...just hope your boss knows the Acronym IBS, somehow, the word "bowel" is difficult to say to your boss!
