Heather also has the Fennel Tea which you can drink throughout the day. I am told that it helps with bloating and gas.

I started taking Acacia about 1 and 1/2 weeks ago. slow process for me. How long did it take for you to see the results you have gained from it?

someone will be responding to your question who knows a good deal more than I. I am fairly new myself and have a lot to learn about the big "IBS".
