When you take the psyllium, do you take it on an empty stomach before bed, or does it matter if its empty or not? Are you then having a BM right in the morning? Just curious, because right now I'm dabbling with and experimenting with some soluble fiber, but also already have some psyllium, but not really knowing what to do without being bloated all the time. Help! I'm trying to get myself off of laxatives right now. Any suggestions??
