Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. I have nothing to add to these dietary suggestions, just a word or two about stress. Don't forget how much our emotions can affect how we are feeling. Make sure you are doing something -- exercising, hypnotherapy, whatever -- to releive your stress, even if you don't think you are very stressed out.
