I'm really grateful for your kind words and encouragement. I do most of the things you suggest and I find a nice bath to be very soothing. I do wash frequently and apply vaseline when I can.

That being said, I still feel as though there might be a blockage of some sort and that's why I'm seeing my GI tomorrow. If there turns out to be no other problems, then it's back to plan A and Heather's diet. So far, no matter what dietary changes I've made, and they have been substantial, there's been no improvement. I still get really strong urges with nothing coming out. it's like chips off a brick, at best, if you can relate.
