I haven't had the symptoms you describe but I do get trapped gas and it can be quite painful. Phazyme does help me, though. Sorry, it doesn' help you. I know working while you have IBS problems is very hard. Thankfully, I am only working pt time now but I still have to worry about not doing anything to upset my tummy for work. It seems like a constant battle sometimes. Fortunatly, I have managed fairly well so far. I hope you get some relief soon. Wishing you the best.
