Hi - Peas, like many veggies, have an outer layer of insoluble fiber. The inside is soluble fiber. So, you want to cook your peas until very tender, and then either chop them up or puree them until smooth. This will really minimize the effect of the insoluble fiber. Also, eat them with high soluble fiber foods like rice, pasta, potatoes.

And I'm wondering about Peanut's chips too - Peanut, these surely aren't deep fried are they?!
