Has anyone ever had problems with multi-vitamins?       08/23/04 01:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Stephie Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 2696 Loc: Vancouver, Canada Hi all, Well, I am trying to just suck it up and take my multi-vitamin, 'cause I think I need it but I am still scared to take it for some reason... I have been fairly stable, so I just don't want to risk anything throwing me off. So if anyone's had a problem, or have any suggestions for how to be safe with the vitamin, I'd appreciate it!
