People were saying that they would freeze some of the deli meat, either pre-packaged or fresh. I put waxed paper between the servings so I can take out only as much as I want. I haven't kept any frozen for more than a few weeks, but this way at night I can take out what I need and it will be thawed for lunch the next day. I recently bought Oscar Myer and the package actually stated good for 7 days from opening. I sometimes repackage in heavy/freezer ziplock bags just to give myself peace of mind if I do keep it refrigerated. Hope this helps. LauraY Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
