Healthy Eating Question - Weight Watchers...?       07/23/04 04:48 AM Edit Reply Quote kates Reged: 06/07/04 Posts: 4 Loc: London HI, I was wondering if anyone has sucessfully lost weight using the Weight Watcher diet and still been IBS-D friendly? I eat a lot of bread and pasta but these can be high in (WW)points and I really really want to look good for my Sisters wedding - Any tips? Also, does anyone know if Colonic Irrigation is any good for IBS? The thought of it scares me, but if it's good, i'll give it a go!! Thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
