I really feel for you. I orignally came to this board for the recipies since the diet is similar to one for GP. I was looking through posts and came across yours. I belong to a wonderful support group for GP, http://b7.ezboard.com/bbellybusters . I have been symptom free for almost a year but still stay active with the group. If you are looking for more information please feel free to come and take a look around. With GP fiber is a BIG no. That could be causing your bloating.
