Equalactin and Citrucel doses       03/12/04 03:34 PM Edit Reply Quote bonn1e Reged: 03/12/04 Posts: 7 Thank you for your advice about using equalactin instead of citrucel pills. With the citrucel powder, 1 scoop 2x/day seems to be working. Is this optimal? What would the dose for the equalactin? Would it be 4 pills 2x/day or is it not equivalent to the Citrucel?
